I created this extended track/mix one day last year for something to listen to while i was working, drifting to sleep…for those days you wish it was raining :)

With few other great people i have been working on a zine/netlabel called The Future Elements from past few months. We are specifically focused on ambient, post rock & experimental music. I handle the design and some of the curation process. About
- Stray Theories is the ambient electronica project of Australian musician/composer Micah Templeton-Wolfe who is currently based in New Zealand.After many years of performing & recording with various bands throughout Australia, he began producing electronic music in 2000 and launched the Stray Theories project not long after.His music has been described as a “fusion of atmospheric ambient & melodic chillout music, with touches of nu-jazz and post-rock like cinematic soundscapes.”The sounds of Stray Theories have appeared worldwide over 40 compilations, documentaries, short films, film/multimedia projects and art installations, as well as being played regularly on radio shows around the globe, including The Rehab Show - KissFM (UK), UPfm (NZ), FBi Radio (AUS), Ibiza Global Radio and many more.In 2010 the EP “A Different Kind Of Silence” was released exclusively through Bloodsugar Records (Germany), followed by a second EP titled “Hopeful” released in 2011.The music of Stray Theories has appeared on many releases by labels around the globe, including the Sony Music - "Bar Lounge Classics" series, Lounge Top 55 (Drizzly Music), Summer Lounge (Plusquam Records), Chillers (Futureaudio) & many more.For a full Discography, click HERE
